Warranty Policy

AGX Solar, a division of AmpGuruX Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, supplies products that are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty wherever applicable. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary depending on the product type, brand, and model, and are governed strictly by the manufacturer’s official warranty documentation.

Coverage
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and performance issues as defined by the product manufacturer. For solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components, the specific coverage period and performance guarantees will be communicated at the time of purchase and will also be available in the product documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Warranty Claim Process
In the event of a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • The original purchase invoice issued by AGX Solar.

  • The product serial number.

  • Any additional documentation or photographs requested by our support team or the manufacturer.

Warranty claims will be facilitated by AGX Solar in coordination with the manufacturer or their authorized service partner. The customer may be required to ship the defective item to a designated service location or allow on-site inspection, depending on the manufacturer’s policy.

Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not extend to:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect usage, or negligence.

  • Physical damage due to transit after delivery, mishandling, or environmental conditions beyond the product’s tolerance.

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved accessories or spare parts.

  • Normal wear and tear or performance degradation over time as per standard manufacturer limits.

The decision of the manufacturer regarding the validity of a warranty claim will be final. AGX Solar will not be responsible for delays caused by manufacturer’s service processes or logistics constraints.
