Payment Policy
AGX Solar operates with transparent payment terms designed to serve both B2B and B2C customers efficiently. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rates.
B2B Transactions

Orders require a 10% non-refundable advance payment at the time of booking.

The remaining 90% balance must be paid in full before dispatch.

Payments can be made via bank transfer to our official account. Bank details will be provided on the proforma invoice or order confirmation.
B2C Transactions

Orders require a 10% advance payment upon booking, payable through the integrated payment gateway or via bank transfer.

The remaining 90% balance must be cleared before dispatch of the goods.

Customers opting for payment via bank transfer must send payment confirmation to our sales team.
Orders will be processed only upon receipt of the booking advance, and dispatch will take place only after clearance of the final payment. Failure to make timely payments will result in order delays and may lead to cancellation as per our Cancellation Policy.
