Shipping policy

AGX Solar operates a PAN India supply network supported by multi-state GST registrations to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

All products are dispatched through an optimized supply chain from the nearest available warehouse based on stock availability.

Shipping is handled through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery Limited and Wheelseye Logistics. All shipments arranged by AGX Solar are insured to protect against transit risks.

Freight charges are additional unless specifically included in the quotation. Shipping costs depend on delivery location, order size, and logistics conditions.

Tracking details are shared once dispatch is completed. Delivery timelines are subject to the performance of the logistics provider.

If the customer arranges their own transportation, AGX Solar’s responsibility is limited to handing over the goods in good condition at the dispatch location. No liability is assumed after dispatch under such arrangements.

Customers are advised to inspect goods at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
